Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase if the item was bought from our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Any removed links must also be returned.
Please provide your email, phone number, and full address to facilitate any necessary communication.
*Note:* Our return policy does not apply to discounted or clearance items purchased at trade shows.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the item is scratched or damaged, a restocking fee of 20-30% may apply based on its condition.
If approved and there’s no visible damage, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days. For cash purchases, a check will be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you still don’t see it, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@painfreefits.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, please mail it to: info@painfree.com
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items over $150.00, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
